About Kimberly Ta
Kimberly Ta is a digital marketing manager by day and the executive director of Project Ava by nights and weekends, where her mission is to promote underrepresented communities, expand inequity awareness, and sustain a platform that empowers minority voices. She has published viral essays on Project Ava, LinkedIn, and The Huffington Post. Kimberly was the former president of Georgetown University’s VSA. She was part of Bars For Blogging, a digital campaign for the release of jailed activists in Vietnam. She’s presented at student and media conferences across the nation to empower individual storytelling as a form of activism.
